Job Title: Interim Finance Business Partner

Location: Northampton (on-site / hybrid)
Duration: 6-9 months

Day Rate: Competitive / DOE

We are working with a leading manufacturing business based in Northampton to recruit an Interim Finance Business Partner for an initial 6-9 month assignment. This is a key commercial role requiring an experienced, qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business partnering with operational teams to provide insight and challenge on financial performance

• Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes

• Production and presentation of KPIs, variance analysis, and cost control reports

• Supporting senior leadership with data-driven decision-making and commercial insight

• Working closely with manufacturing and supply chain functions

Essential Requirements:

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)

• Available immediately

• Recent experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence non-finance stakeholders

• Confident with Excel and ERP systems (SAP)

• Must be within commutable distance to Northampton
