Finance Business Partner

We are proud to be working in partnership with our client to recruit an experienced and commercially minded Finance Business Partner, based in Tyne & Wear.

The Role

As Finance Business Partner, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to provide insight, challenge and guidance that will drive informed decision-making. This is a highly visible role, offering the opportunity to influence right across the business.

You’ll focus on future performance – moving beyond month-end reporting to deliver meaningful analysis, identify risks and opportunities, and support the delivery of strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes across business units
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide financial insight and support
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning
  • Interpret and present financial information in a clear, commercial manner
  • Help drive a culture of accountability and performance through data-driven insight

About You

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, ideally in a fast-paced or complex environment
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and influence at a senior level
  • Proactive, collaborative, and keen to drive continuous improvement
