Finance Business Partner

About the Job

We are seeking a commercially astute Finance Business Partner – FP&A to join our dynamic finance team. This role is crucial for delivering actionable financial insights, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting business performance across departments. Responsibilities include profitability reporting, forecasting, financial system ownership, and working closely with stakeholders such as sales and commercial teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, financial systems expertise, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly segmental ‘general manager’ profitability reports, liaising with non-financial stakeholders and addressing ad-hoc queries.
• Collaborate with the FP&A team to develop comprehensive reporting for better business insights.
• Engage proactively in data-driven discussions with various functional areas to improve business outcomes.
• Manage all loads into Onestream financial reporting, including actual results, forecasts, and budgets.
• Oversee working capital and 13-week cash flow forecasts.
• Respond independently to ad-hoc queries from regional and global finance teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Big 4 experience or training background
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
• Experience with enterprise financial systems (e.g., ERP, OneStream)
• Prior experience in FP&A or similar finance roles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proactive, independent thinker with strong organizational skills
