Job summary

Addition+ is seeking a Finance Business Partner in Milton Keynes to enhance financial processes and support strategic decisions. We’re seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing FP&A function within a dynamic and growing business. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact by supporting strategic decisions and improving financial processes across multiple business units.

Location: Milton Keynes (3 days office-based)

Reports to: FP&A Lead

As a trusted partner to the UK&I CFO and a key contributor to EMEA and Global FP&A teams, you’ll:

Drive data-led conversations across commercial and sales functions.
Own reporting outputs that deliver actionable insights to senior leaders.
Lead financial system processes and be the go-to expert for financial data integrity.

Main Responsibilities

Deliver monthly segmental profitability reporting for senior leadership.
Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from UK, EMEA, and Global stakeholders.
Collaborate on reporting tool development to support better business outcomes.
Take ownership of segmental loads into financial systems (actuals, forecasts, budgets).
Lead working capital and 13-week cash flow forecasting.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Key Qualifications, Experience and Skills

Experience working at a Senior/Managerial level within a leading Accounting Firm/Consultancy
Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A or finance business partnering.
Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyse/report complex data.
Proven ability to navigate enterprise systems to extract meaningful insights.
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
Big 4 qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA)
Working capital and short-term cash flow forecasting expertise.
