Finance Business Partner

A Finance Business Partner is required for a global business with headquarters near Solihull.

Your new role

This newly created role will serve as a business partner to the commercial teams, providing actionable financial insight, reporting and analysis. A key focus of the role will be improving the quality and depth of data, analytics, insight and providing detailed analysis of key drivers driving and/or impacting performance, alongside improvement and standardisation of financial processes/procedures.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will need to have a combination of strong FP&A experience, effective business partnering skills and excellent data and analytical experience, ideally using Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse tools e.g. Tableau. Experience of Pricing or Product Costing from an international manufacturing business will be very beneficial.
