Finance Business Partner
SF Recruitment are delighted to be partnering exclusively with an exciting Redditch based business in the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner.

Having recently undergone implementation of new IT systems, our client is looking to increase headcount and introduce a business partner position into the finance team.

We are seeking a part qualified or qualified CIMA/ACCA accountant with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Salary: £45,000- £50,000 per annum
Please note the role will be based on site due to the nature of the role.

Key duties will include:

  1. Conduct comprehensive operational analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements across various departments and functions and measure performance.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales and Operations to gather and analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive efficiency initiatives.
  3. Analyse business operations, processes, and costs to provide recommendations for enhancing profitability.
  4. Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
  5. Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and ad-hoc analysis for senior management.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders.

Requirements:
Previous experience within a similar role is essential.
