Qualifications

  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Strong dashboard and Excel capability.
  • Significant experience in a similar level role.
  • Experience of membership organisations or sport’s governing bodies.
  • Knowledge of government funding.

  • Budget setting, monitoring and reforecasting in partnership with budget holders.
  • Variance analysis and reporting to senior management on financial performance.
  • Oversee the monthly management accounts reporting process.
  • Be the named link for the business queries.
  • Grant monitoring and compliance.
  • Make suitable recommendations for the improvement of financial reporting and monitoring.
  • Enhance reporting capabilities based on budget holder need.

Job description

Role Title: Finance Business Partner

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Manchester (hybrid working available)
