Job summary

Boden Group in Manchester is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to influence commercial decisions and drive business performance. You will own financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis across a complex facilities management unit.

Lead month-end close, P&L reporting and KPI delivery, partnering with senior operations to improve margins, manage working capital and support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Previous experience as a Finance Business Partner or Commercial Finance Business Partner.
• Strong experience managing financial performance within a complex business or contract.
• Advanced knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• A proactive, commercially focused approach to financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong financial controls.

We're recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a leading Facilities Management organisation, providing financial leadership across a complex business unit.

This is a high-impact role where you'll take ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis, partnering with senior operational leaders to improve performance and profitability.

The Role

As the Finance Business Partner, you will:
