About The Role

We are looking for a Finance Business Partnering Manager to join our internal finance team supporting the Consulting Business at PwC. Our Business Partnering teams work closely with employees across the business, informing leaders on key decisions that drive the business forward, shaping their engagements. We entrust our teams to be proactive, honest, build relationships, influence, understand, challenge, and translate numbers into a compelling business story.

Responsibilities

1. Provide support and guidance on Profit & Loss (P&L) management using business insights and detailed analysis.
2. Own and lead a specific business structure, being the first point of contact for the leadership team for that segment.
3. Collaborate with Strategy & Planning Lead and finance leaders in preparing budgets, plans, and forecasts.
4. Deliver insight-driven reporting and forward-looking commentary to assist in business planning and performance management.
5. Offer accounting advice from bid stages through engagement lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills

• Accountancy Qualification (CA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
• Deep business understanding with a commercial mindset.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, including IFRS 15.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
