About the Role

This is a key global role where you will be working closely with the FP&A Director as well as alongside a FP&A Manager and another Finance Business Partner.

Main Responsibilities

1. Ensure a smooth and accurate month end close through being the finance representative of your functional areas.
2. Present monthly P&L to the Executives, highlighting key risks and opportunities, driving value and working closely with the commercial team. Follow up action items with the relevant owners.
3. Perform monthly reforecasting.
4. Support the business units to drive strategic decision-making, analysis and business development.
5. Ensure the governance and approval policies are effectively communicated and adhered to.
6. Take responsibility for certain Functional areas of the budget, co-ordinating across key stakeholders.
7. Key role in developing and implementing KPI dashboards, powered by PowerBI, for the business.
8. Yondr is currently undergoing an ERP implementation and there'll be the opportunity for the Finance Business Partner to gain exposure to this workstream.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
2. 3+ years of PQE experience
3. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
4. Familiarity with Power BI a plus
5. Comfort working in a global business with complex group structure
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Experience partnering with senior staff
8. Excellent written and oral communication skills
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
10. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
