About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Director for Property, you will Act as a Finance Business Partner for the Estates division.This role partners with the Estates Director to drive performance, deliver insight, and influence strategy to create lasting value across Property.

You will also:
Be a trusted partner to the Estates Director, influencing decisions and driving value.
Lead financial forecasting and planning for major lease events.
Provide insight, manage risk, and help hit key financial targets.
Present sharp actionable reporting to senior stakeholders
Step in for the Property Finance Director when needed.
Support a high-performing, collaborative finance culture.

About You
Qualified accountant with solid post-qualification experience
Sharp technical and analytical skills (IFRS 16 experience a plus)
Proven experience partnering across organisations.
A confident communicator with the ability to simplify the complex.
A positive, team player with a solutions-focused mindset who can challenge and improve those around them.
