SF Partners is working with a well-established business in Leicester to recruit an experienced Interim Finance Business Partner on an ongoing temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused qualified accountant to join a fast-paced organisation, working closely with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight, challenge business performance and support key commercial decisions.

Qualifikationen

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification required.
• Proven experience in Finance Business Partnering or commercial finance.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate financial information clearly.

Aufgaben

• Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial support and insight.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Deliver detailed financial analysis, reporting and commentary on business performance.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve profitability.
• Support monthly close and management accounts.
• Provide financial modelling to support commercial decisions.
• Challenge and influence senior stakeholders to drive performance.
• Support ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Interim Finance Business Partner

Location: Leicester

Day Rate: £400-£450 per day

Contract: Temporary, Ongoing

SF Partners is currently working with a well-established business in Leicester to recruit an experienced Interim Finance Business Partner on an ongoing temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused qualified accountant to join a fast-paced organisation, working closely with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight, challenge business performance and support key commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with operational and commercial teams to provide financial support and insight.
• Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Delivering detailed financial analysis, reporting and commentary on business performance.
• Identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve profitability.
• Supporting month-end reporting and management accounts.
• Providing financial modelling and analysis to support commercial decisions.
• Challenging and influencing senior stakeholders to drive financial and operational performance.
• Supporting ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering or commercial finance role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate financial information.
• Experience working within a large, complex or fast-paced organisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capabilities.
• The ability to hit the ground running and add value from day one.
