Local Care Direct is seeking an experienced finance professional to support budgeting, forecasting and strategic development across the organisation. You will report to the Director of Finance and work with directors, senior managers and budget holders to drive high-quality financial decision-making.
The role covers budgeting, financial modelling, management information, and support for annual accounts and audits, with emphasis on collaboration and continuous improvement in financial processes.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to support the organisation's financial planning, performance and strategic development. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the post holder will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and business decision-making, working closely with directors, senior managers and budget holders across the organisation.

You are an enthusiastic and proactive finance professional who enjoys building strong relationships and working collaboratively with managers and stakeholders to support informed decision-making. You are confident communicating financial information to both finance and non-finance colleagues and are able to provide clear, practical advice in a fast-paced environment.
With excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, you can manage competing priorities, work independently and consistently deliver high-quality outputs to demanding timescales. You will be committed to continuous improvement and motivated to identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, reporting and business performance.
