for a Finance Business Partner to join our passionate team and support our vision as we

About The Role

As the Finance Business Partner at Willow Chiropractic, youll work closely with both the

CEO and COO, providing key financial insights and strategic guidance across the

company. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on significant responsibility, manage the

finances of our business units, and directly influence business planning and decision-

making.

With the support of an Accounts Associate, youll be responsible for preparing and

submitting financial reports, managing budgets, and ensuring the financial health of the

company. Youll also play an integral role in supporting the companys strategic growth,

leading financial restructuring, and making sure we stay ahead of operational challenges.

Core Responsibilities

Financial Control: Oversee income, expenditure, budgets, cash flow, and balance sheet

control across the group.

Financial Reporting: Prepare regular management accounts, statutory financial reports,

and special reports to support business planning.

Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and COO on financial matters,

helping to shape key business decisions.

Compliance and Audits: Ensure the company meets all legal financial requirements and

obligations, conducting audits and liaising with external advisors to maximize tax

efficiencies.

Team Leadership: Manage and support the finance team, working closely with

department heads to maintain operational efficiency and support business growth.

Restructuring & Efficiency: Lead the company through strategic financial restructuring

processes, driving operational improvements to enhance scalability.

The Ideal Candidate

Were looking for a finance professional who can blend technical expertise with strong

business acumen. You should thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and be

comfortable working with senior leadership to drive financial strategy and operational

excellence.

Skills & Qualities

Strong technical expertise in finance and accounting, with advanced proficiency in

Xero and MS Excel.

Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with the CEO, COO,

department heads, and external stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Demonstrates leadership, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of work.

Comfortable managing both operational and strategic financial activities.

Able to provide valuable financial insights that support informed decision-making at

all levels of the business.

Education & Experience

ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or part-qualified) with at least 3 years of experience

in accounting/finance.

Previous experience in multi-site SMEs is highly desirable.

Experience With Financial Reporting, Statutory Requirements, And Working With

multiple legal entities.

Proven ability to manage a team and collaborate across departments.
