Job description

Excellent No 1 on site role in the manufacturing sector based in Hull. Candidates should be familiar with ERP systems and may be qualified or part qualified accountants.

THE BENEFITS:

£50,000 - £55,000, private healthcare and life assurance, free on site parking, 37.5 hour week, some hybrid working possible.

THE ROLE:

The role revolves around the day to day running of the Hull site accounting duties, liaising with the production, manufacturing and sales teams and reporting into a locally based MD and Group finance located outside of the UK.

This is a position requiring good all round generalist skills and ideally a manufacturing background in order to have the skills set required for the content of the role.

THE CANDIDATE:

You are looking to work for a successful manufacturing company and are an experienced accountant, preferably qualified CIMA/ACCA however part qualified candidates will also be considered.

You have a hands on approach and excellent attention to detail combined with strong financial reporting skills. An effective communicator at all levels, you like to be involved in the wider area of the business, always looking for improvements to the process. Deadline driven, you have sound analytical and investigative skills, work with accuracy and are looking for a challenging, interesting and rewarding role.
