T2M Resourcing has appointed a Finance Business Partner for a major employer in the Southwest. The role is initially a 12-month fixed-term contract with a strong likelihood of permanent placement, offering hybrid working and flexible hours.

Salary – up to £60,000 per annum plus bonus & excellent benefits

T2M Resourcing have been appointed to recruit a commercially minded Finance Business Partner for a leading employer in the Southwest. This role will initially be offered as a 12-month fixed term contract as the business go through high investment, change and transformation. The role will likely become a permanent appointment.

As Finance Business Partner, you will partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight, strategic challenge and robust financial analysis that influence investment decisions, optimise business performance and support change. You will turn complex data into meaningful insight, ensuring every decision delivers value for our customers and the business.

To be successful in this role as Finance Business Partner, you will need to demonstrate the following experience and attributes:

• Ideally a qualified Accountant
