Job summary

Venator Search is recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a leading financial services broker based in Central London. Joining an established Finance team, this is a broad role combining commercial finance, reporting, planning and business partnering, with exposure to stakeholders across an international business.

You’ll partner with regional finance teams to provide insight into performance, support decision-making and help drive continued improvement across the finance function.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Strong post-qualified experience in a complex or international business.
• Excellent management reporting, budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability.
• Confident partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Exposure to controls, acquisitions or finance transformation is advantageous.
