Job summary

Goodman Masson recruiting a qualified Finance Business Partner for a globally recognised aviation and logistics business. You will partner with operational teams to provide financial insight, drive performance and support strategic decision-making.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business cases, while identifying cost efficiencies and automation opportunities. Hybrid work two days from home with excellent pension and staff travel benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Strong management accounting and financial analysis skills.
• Proven experience in finance business partnering within fast-paced environments.
• Excellent Excel and modelling capabilities.

I’m currently recruiting for a qualified Finance Business Partner to join a globally recognised aviation and logistics business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to work closely with operational stakeholders, providing financial insight and constructive challenge to drive performance, improve cost efficiency and support strategic decision-making.

The Role

• Partner with operational teams
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Develop and review business cases, investment appraisals and transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency, productivity and revenue performance.
• Provide financial insight to support operational decision-making and business planning.
• Drive process improvements through automation and standardisation.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across finance and operations.

About You

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Strong management accounting and financial analysis experience.
• Proven business partnering experience within an operationally focused, fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Confident communicating financial information and challenging stakeholders to drive performance.
