Job summary

Yolk Recruitment is recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join a fast-growing professional services team in the UK. You’ll work with senior leaders to shape strategy, influence commercial decisions and drive profitable growth, turning numbers into actionable insights.

You’ll lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, support pricing and growth initiatives, and oversee management accounts and financial reporting. Hybrid working and career development are on offer.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification with post-qualified experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, business-partnering mindset.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.

What you'll be doing

• Partner with senior leaders to influence strategic and commercial decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across the business.

• Oversee management accounts, financial controls and statutory reporting.

What you'll bring

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification with post-qualified experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, business-partnering mindset.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Confidence influencing and constructively challenging senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel capability.
• Experience within a professional services environment, with exposure to WIP, billing and revenue recognition, would be advantageous.
