This role is all about turning data into insight, influencing key decisions, and building strong relationships across senior stakeholders.The ideal candidate will bring a sharp analytical mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and the confidence to challenge and drive performance. If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys the blend of hands-on analysis with strategic input, this could be your next move.For this opportunity, we are seeking to engage with qualified accountants (ICAS, ACCA, CIMA) with demonstrable prior experience in a business partnering role, any experience in retail, consumer goods, or infrastructure would be highly advantageous.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with the client’s finance and operational teams, acting as the key point of contact for all finance-related queries
  • Present weekly and monthly financial performance and KPIs at internal and client facing meetings
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support the client’s strategic objectives and operational decisions
  • Analyse and present complex financial data in a clear and actionable manner
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and increase value to the business
  • Work closely with the Finance Director and Financial Controller to ensure all department targets are achieved
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to prepare accurate and insightful budgets and forecasts
  • Deal with ad hoc customer requests within required deadlines
