Finance Business Partner

I'm delighted to be recruiting a newly created Finance Business Partner position for one of our long standing clients. They have a focus on continuous improvement and a high performing culture, making them one of the best businesses in Warwickshire to work for. Salary is up to £46,000, with a hybrid working pattern on offer.

The successful candidate will join a team in the midst of an ERP implementation, so there is plenty to keep you busy! You'll develop strong relationships from day one with senior management, and be encouraged to use your excellent analytical skills to ensure performance is driven forward. Supported by an inspiring manager and super successful team, you'll business partner with support functions across the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review financial performance and provide key insights for senior management, up to Director level
2. Provide finance and business support to the central support team
3. Support decision making with data and insight
4. Collaborate with non-finance managers to drive the forecasting process
5. Use your initiative to ensure the team are constantly evolving and using best practice accounting

About You

1. Qualified or nearly qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA)
2. Demonstrate a proactive, problem solving attitude
3. Experience working with large data sets and breaking them down into user friendly presentations
4. Good understanding of management accounting, financial analysis and reporting techniques.
