We re recruiting on behalf of a leading and high-growth business seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to work closely with cross-functional teams on a global scale. This is a unique opportunity to partner with multiple teams and gain international exposure.

The Purpose of the Role:
As the Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted adviser to bring clarity to investment decisions, drive commercial thinking, and help embed robust financial governance to support new product innovation and growth across international markets.

Following significant investment, you will be taking part in transformation projects, helping to build and develop systems and tools to accommodate future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with operational teams to support strategic growth and profitability.
  • Develop and implement a global financial modelling and governance tool.
  • Deliver financial insights at investment stages and decision points.
  • Create and challenge business cases to inform strategy.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Innovate commercial reporting to enhance visibility and decision-making.
  • Promote continuous improvement across systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with leaders across Product, Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
  • Be a proactive member of the international finance partnering community.


About You:

  • Solid background in finance with strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Advanced financial modelling and business case development skills.
  • Proven commercial acumen in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Confident working with and influencing senior leaders.
  • Experience supporting strategic initiatives and improving performance (sales, margin, EBITDA).
  • Strong attention to detail, with a well-organised, problem-solving mindset.
  • Passionate about driving improvements across finance and business operations.

Location:

This role is based near Coventry with a hybrid model (2 days per week in the office). Occasional travel to other UK locations may be required.
