Our Finance department plays a key role in driving the company's success, from managing major investment projects to transforming data into insights. We act as trusted business partners, ensuring financial accuracy, high standards in reporting, and safeguarding our business integrity.

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Business Finance Team. You will work closely with leaders in our Natural Stone and Landscape Protection Business Units to drive growth and profitability.

So, what’s the role?

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business, accounts, reporting cycles, and financial performance.
2. Own the P&L and monitor your business unit's performance, managing and escalating issues as needed.
3. Deliver accurate forecasts, budgets, and monthly accounts.
4. Present Business Review Packs to the Executive Leadership Team to influence strategic decisions.
5. Contribute to shaping strategy and enhancing financial performance, profitability, and top-line growth.
6. Improve Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and support commercial decision-making.
7. Occasionally travel to manufacturing sites across the country to gain operational insights.

What skills are required?

• Newly qualified accountant (CIMA or equivalent), or part-qualified with active studies (study support available).
• Experience in commercial business and FP&A.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ambitious, driven, and eager to engage with leadership teams, with a mindset to challenge norms and contribute strategically.
• Strong team player with resilience, organization skills, and a structured approach.
• Ability to build productive relationships across different levels of the organization.
• Experience with D365/ERP systems is a plus.
