About the Role:
This Finance Business Partner role is key in supporting the Sales and Production departments, providing financial insight, driving performance, and assisting with key commercial decisions. You'll collaborate closely with Account Managers and Operational leaders, ensuring financial performance is clearly understood and optimised across your areas.
Key responsibilities will include:
Working with Account and Contract Managers to monitor and support financial targets
Improving financial understanding across Sales & Production functions
Delivering clear and accurate financial analysis to support cost control and profitability
Supporting budget and forecasting cycles and the Mid-Term Planning process
Producing insightful monthly reporting, including commentaries and variance analysis
Developing and improving reporting on flow profitability
Proactively identifying risks and opportunities within the numbers
The ideal candidate will be:
Professionally qualified, part-qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or qualified by experience
Commercially focused, with excellent analytical and communication skills
Organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Confident liaising with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
