Description: Finance Business Partner job opportunity in East Lothian

Your new company
Based in East Lothian, our client, a reputable business and market leader in their field, has a new job opportunity for a Qualified Accountant to join them as Finance Business Partner financial support to the site leadership team.
Your new role
As Finance Business Partner, you will proactively work alongside the site management team and operations teams, to ensure clarification and understanding of business performance and consistent application of accounting policies and procedures, as well as ensure continuous improvements in variable costs, fixed costs, production and technical KPIs.

Furthermore, you will ensure and support the site in maintaining SOX framework compliance; environmental reporting; accuracy of corporate reporting requirements; provision of timely forecasts and annual budgets; managing internal and external audit requirements; and submission of Capital Expenditure applications with appropriate evaluations as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be a qualified accountant with strong Business Partnering skills ideally gained within a commercial environment and will possess strong collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate, work with, influence and challenge at all levels.
