Finance Business Partner | £40,000 - £48,000 | Remote with Travel across UK

A commercially focused finance role with real influence — this is an opportunity for a part-qualified to newly qualified accountant to step into a high-visibility position at the centre of strategic growth. As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external customers, using financial insight to shape key business decisions.

You'll be hands-on with commercial modelling, pricing strategy, and bid support, helping to evaluate and deliver new business opportunities. With a strong analytical foundation and a confident, consultative approach, you’ll play a vital role in turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

This role is ideal for someone ready to move beyond the numbers — influencing outcomes, challenging assumptions, and adding real commercial value from day one.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the creation of financial models for new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present investment appraisals
  • Partner on bids and pricing strategies
  • Act as trusted advisor to operational and commercial leads
  • Challenge and support to drive margin improvement and cost control
  • Monitor project profitability
  • Deliver timely monthly reporting including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
  • Support finance system migrations and process standardisation initiatives
