Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions is recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a Cambridge-based organisation in a hybrid role.

You will support the Head of FP&A and senior stakeholders, lead the annual budget and two reforecasts, and present insights to senior leadership while managing a small team to deliver high-quality analysis and commercial support.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience in commercial finance / business partnering in a fast-paced environment.
• Ownership of budgeting & forecasting processes.
• Hybrid role based in Cambridge with salary up to £70k per year.

Responsibilities

Currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a Cambridge-based organisation in a hybrid role.

You’ll support an excellent Head of FP&A and senior stakeholders across multiple business units, leading the annual budget and two reforecast cycles, presenting insights to senior leadership, and managing a small team to deliver high-quality analysis and commercial support.

You will be ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified,or equivalent have strong experience in commercial finance / business partnering in a fast-paced environment.Proven ownership of budgeting & forecasting processes..Advanced Excel, confident PowerPointandPower BIwould be beneficial.

Salary up to £70,000and the company works 1 day a week in the office so would open the role to candidates across the region.
