Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Location: National

Hours:Home-based 40 hours – Monday to Friday(ability to travel to London is required)

About the role of Finance Business Partner:

As our strategic Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning operational execution with long-term business objectives. You’ll combine deep financial analysis with high-impact leadership across cross-functional teams, ensuring decisions are data-driven, commercially sharp, and future-focused.

Key responsibilities for a Finance Business Partner:

• Production of timely and accurate financial reports, including P&L and working capital schedules
• Prepare and present key monthly management information, including variance analysis and KPI trends
• Drive annual budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Champion cost efficiency initiatives and process improvement projects

• Management and preparation of an appropriate suite of KPI’s
• Oversee, review and develop commercial & financial systems and processes
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Support the long-term strategic planning and decision-making process
• Identify and mitigate financial risks
• Challenge and mentor the commercial and finance teams
• Support pricing, bidding and client negotiations
• Foster an environment where every commercial and finance professional in the business has an opportunity to reach their full potential
• Lead the cost management agenda in the business to help drive year-on-year cost efficiencies to generate operational improvements
• Oversee capital investment appraisals within the business
• Ensure that any projects with major financial funding implications are subject to an appropriate level of financial expertise, commercial acumen and business risk analysis
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve financial processes and systems
