A rural NHS Trust in Bury St Edmunds is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to support clinical divisions in achieving financial targets. The ideal candidate will be CCAB qualified, with strong strategic planning and financial analysis skills. This hybrid role requires excellent management abilities as you will oversee a Deputy Finance Manager and collaborate on business decisions that impact patient care and community outcomes.
An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team of Finance Business Partners (supported by Deputy Finance Managers and Management Accountants) who focus on working strategically with senior managers and clinicians to drive and support the business decisions of the Clinical Directorates.
The successful applicant will be CCAB qualified (or equivalent), educated to degree level (or equivalent), and able to demonstrate continued personal development.
Office presence is expected; the team is currently working in a hybrid manner, in agreement with their line manager and business needs.
