Job Description

The Finance Business Partner's duties will include but are not limited to:

  1. Develop effective financial strategies to support organisational goals.
  2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and manage budgets.
  3. Provide financial insights to influence decision-making processes.
  4. Analyse and interpret financial data to identify areas of potential cost reduction.
  5. Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management.
  6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  8. Participate in special projects as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should:

  1. Be part ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent.
  2. Have demonstrated experience working in a similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  4. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
  6. Proficiency in using finance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
