A first-class finance team in a leading Midlands Charity is seeking a Finance Business Partner

Our client is a leading Midlands Charity who improve the lives of people going through illness, through care and compassion.

As Finance Business Partner reporting to the Head of Finance you will:

• Manage and oversee the financial management information, analysis and advice to the senior management and other senior staff throughout the charity
• Provide commentary on performance to senior management at performance review meetings ensuring key financial issues, forecast changes, risks and opportunities are high-lighted.
• Own cashflow forecasts and net present value calculations to evaluate business cases and procurement tenders
• Take a lead on working with the senior management in developing long term plans to improve productivity, quality and efficiency savings
• Monitor and review budgets and forecasts and ensure that intervention is taken as necessary to avoid any overspend

The most suitable Business Partner will:

• Be a qualified member of recognised accounting body (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Have demonstrable track record of Business Partnering
• Showcase stakeholder management and customer liaison skills

Up to £53,000 per annum.
