Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Finance Leadership:
   Lead financial strategy for Projects across Europe.
   Partner with senior leaders to guide decision-making and investment planning.
2. Financial Planning & Analysis:
   Deliver robust budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
   Provide sharp financial modelling and performance analysis.
3. Business Partnering:
   Collaborate with cross-functional teams from operations to legal and HR.
   Identify opportunities for optimisation and drive commercial outcomes.
4. Governance & Risk:
   Ensure regulatory compliance and financial risk management.
   Maintain strong internal controls and reporting standards.

Skills & Experience:

1. 8+ years' finance experience, with 3-5 years in a Business Partnering role.
2. Strong track record in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
3. Ideally from a projects, property, hospitality, or leisure background.
4. Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
5. Qualified Accountant - ACCA / CIMA / ACA.
6. Confident working in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
