  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong business partnering experience.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

Finance Business Partner

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with engineering, operations, commercial and project teams to deliver accurate financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and cost control processes, ensuring projects remain aligned with performance and commercial objectives.
  • Provide insight on project performance, identifying risks, opportunities and efficiency improvements.
  • Present complex financial data in a clear and actionable way for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Support project accounting, variance analysis and cost tracking across builds, restorations and motorsport activities.
About You
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong business partnering experience.
  • Background in motorsport, automotive engineering, restoration or other technical, project-based industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
