Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is currently recruiting for a Finance Business Analyst to join our team, supporting our warehouse function and our customer Iceland. The role focuses on understanding cost drivers, productivity and profitability within the warehouse operation to enable data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

This full-time, permanent position is Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00. National scope with regular travel to Iceland network sites (Swindon, Enfield, Warrington, Livingston) is

Qualifications

Experience in finance analysis, business analysis or management accounting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large volumes of data.
Part qualified in AAT, ACCA or CIMA.

Responsibilities

Support weekly and monthly performance reviews with clear insights and commentary.
Act as a finance partner to Site Finance Managers & Senior Finance Manager – Data & Analytics.
Produce and enhance weekly and monthly warehouse performance reports and dashboards.
Assist with accruals, cost allocations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Track performance against budget and forecast, highlighting variances and trends.
