Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is recruiting a Finance Business Analyst to support our warehouse function and Iceland account. The role focuses on cost drivers, productivity, and profitability to enable data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

The position is full-time and permanent, primarily Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00. Regular travel to UK sites (Swindon, Enfield, Warrington, Livingston) is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a finance analysis, business analyst or management accounting role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large volumes of numerical and operational data.
• Part qualified in AAT, ACCA or CIMA.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly and monthly performance reviews with clear insights and commentary.
• Act as a finance partner to Site Finance Managers & Senior Finance Manager - Data & Analytics.
• Produce and enhance weekly and monthly warehouse performance reports and dashboards.
• Assist with accruals, cost allocations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Track performance against budget and forecast, highlighting variances and trends.

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Analyst to join our team, supporting our warehouse function, supporting our customer Iceland. As a Finance Business Analyst, you will focus on understanding cost drivers, productivity and profitability within the warehouse operation, enabling data driven decision making and continuous improvement.

This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00. With this being a national position, you can be based anywhere in the UK however, regular travel to our sites in the Iceland network is essential, these locations being, Swindon, Enfield, Warrington and Livingston.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £40,000.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
