Your new company
Hays Accountancy & Finance are partnering with a leading Norwich-based organisation to find a Part-Qualified or Qualified Finance Business Analyst for management and financial reporting. This is a part-time role, working 29 hours a week.

Your new role
You will analyze financial data, support departments with budgets, and prepare statutory accounts, management accounts, financial projections, budgets, and forecasts. Experience with grant funding and restricted/unrestricted financial reporting is beneficial but not essential.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be a confident, part-qualified or qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA), experienced in management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Excel are required.

What you'll get in return
