Your new company
Hays Accountancy & Finance are partnering with a leading Norwich-based organisation to find a Part-Qualified or Qualified Finance Business Analyst to support management and financial reporting. This is a part-time role, working 29 hours per week.

Your new role
In this role, you will analyze financial data, support departments with variances, prepare statutory accounts, and produce management accounts. You will also develop financial projections, budgets, and forecasts based on a 5-year plan, and monitor financial performance, including grant funding.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be a confident part-qualified or qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with experience in management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Excel are essential.

What you'll get in return
