This hands-on role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is capable of driving change, improving processes, and collaborating closely with finance and technology stakeholders. This is a hybrid position based in London with an immediate start, requiring a practical and delivery-focused mindset.

PE-Backed PaaS Organisation | London (Hybrid)

Immediate Start

I’m currently partnering with a PE-backed PaaS business undergoing a major Finance Transformation programme and we’re looking for an experienced Finance Business Analyst to join at pace.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys driving change, improving processes, and working closely with finance and technology stakeholders to deliver tangible outcomes.

Key experience

• Finance Transformation programmes
• ERP / Finance Systems projects
• Process improvement & Finance TOM work
• Exposure to D365, Anaplan, Power BI or Qlik advantageous

What we’re looking for

• A genuine “do‑er” who can hit the ground running
• Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, evolving environments
• Strong BA capability with a practical, delivery‑focused mindset
• Hybrid working – London
• Initial contract through to end of August minimum
• PE‑backed environment with strong transformation agenda

Financial Services / FinTech experience is useful, but broader Finance Transformation experience is the priority.
