DAC Beachcroft LLP is seeking a Finance BI Analyst in Bristol to enhance reporting capabilities across the business. You will develop and maintain financial reports, transform data into insights, and collaborate with Finance, IT and stakeholders to improve processes and decision making.

The role focuses on delivering accurate management information, driving process improvements, and supporting commercial outcomes for internal teams and external clients.

Qualifications

• Previous SQL experience.
• Commercial experience developing analytical reports using SSRS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines.
• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Finance or financial systems knowledge.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Process mapping and documentation experience using Visio.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary point of contact for Finance reporting requirements.
• Develop, maintain and enhance internal and external financial reports.
• Produce high-quality analytical reporting to support business and finance stakeholders.
• Work closely with IT colleagues to support the standardisation, development and implementation of reporting solutions.
• Engage with key stakeholders across the business to understand, develop and maintain reporting requirements.
• Map and document business processes using Visio and maintain process documentation following system or procedural changes.
