Our client – an award-winning, women-only charity – is seeking a Benefit and Debt Worker to join their dynamic, dedicated team in Hammersmith. This is your opportunity to contribute to life-changing work supporting women and children across London.
About the Organisation
Our client is a nationally recognised and innovative women’s charity, supporting women and girls affected by domestic abuse and those with short-term sentences to reduce re-offending. Their community-based model delivers high-quality, trauma-informed support services across London.
They are committed to empowerment, respect, collaboration, innovation, and accountability—working closely with partner agencies to ensure a coordinated response to violence against women and girls (VAWG).
About the Role
As a Benefit and Debt Worker, you will play a key role in supporting women survivors of domestic abuse by providing expert advice and assistance around financial hardship, benefits, and debt. You’ll carry out comprehensive needs assessments, deliver advocacy support both face-to-face and remotely, and ensure service users are empowered to make informed decisions.
