Finance & Audit Manager

Are you a technically strong finance professional with a passion for audit, reporting, and IFRS compliance? Boldyn Networks is looking for a Finance & Audit Manager to lead audit coordination and financial reporting across our UK&I entities. What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our finance team, you'll be the go-to expert for audit and technical accounting matters. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the UK&I year-end audit process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Preparing and reviewing IFRS and FRS101 financial statements.
• Drafting technical accounting memos on revenue recognition, leases, and key estimates.
• Supporting the implementation of new lease accounting software.
• Coordinating quarterly group reporting and maintaining management-to-statutory reconciliations.
• Liaising with external auditors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical queries.
• Monitoring IFRS developments and ensuring compliance across entities.
• Supporting tax-related processes and ad-hoc technical projects.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and brings:

• ACA/CA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of post-qualified experience, ideally from a Big 4 or top-tier firm.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, including IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.
• Experience preparing technical accounting papers and complex financial disclosures.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
