Job summary

Retail Insights in London is seeking a Finance Associate to join a fast-growing entrepreneurial team. You will own daily finance tasks, including AP/AR, posting to Xero, and supporting monthly reports, with ample opportunities to drive process improvements.

Candidates should have a finance degree and at least two years of finance experience, UK work entitlement, and a strong eye for detail. We offer high growth, best-in-class finance training, and a collaborative culture at Buckingham Gate.

Qualifications

• Finance bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results (finance exams are a plus).
• 2+ years of experience in finance.
• UK work permit.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent problem solving and process orientation.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.
• Post daily transactions into Xero.
• Assist with budget trackers and cost reconciliations for conferences.
• Assist in monthly finance reporting across the business.
• Support ad-hoc finance projects and implement new processes.
