Our client, an elite US City law firm is seeking a talented Finance Associate (3-5 PQE) into its highly regarded London team on a permanent basis.

The team advises on a broad range of sophisticated transactions, including:

• Direct lending & special situations
• Fund finance
• Structured and esoteric financings
• Syndicated loans (domestic & international)
• Capital markets and distressed investment work

Clients include credit funds, hedge funds, other financial investors, special situation funds, portfolio companies, private equity houses and other sophisticated borrowers.

You will work closely with multiple partners across complementary workstreams, gaining early client exposure and real responsibility from day one. The team is known for its collaborative culture, strong internal progression, and market-leading work.

What they’re looking for:

• 3-5 years’ PQE ideally from a US firm, Magic Circle, or Silver Circle firm
• Strong technical capabilities across a broad finance skill set
• An interest in working across a range of transaction types and with multiple partners

• Commercial judgment and the ability to understand the needs of complex investor clients
