As a Finance Associate, you’ll play a key role in managing credit control and the purchase ledger, ensuring financial accuracy and supporting strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will be a mix of transactional and analytical tasks, allowing you to develop a well-rounded financial skill set while contributing to the organisation’s success. Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a Finance Associate or similar role.
Strong understanding of financial principles, bookkeeping, costing, and the business environment.
Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA or CIMA (or working towards certification).
Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders professionally and persistently.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and transactions.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Competency in accounting-based software, CRM systems and MS Office, including Excel.
