You'll help with sales ledger, credit control, and general finance operations, processing invoices, supporting payments, answering customer queries, and building experience across finance functions in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Raising and processing sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconciling invoices across internal systems.
• Supporting month-end billing deadlines.
• Building positive relationships with customers and resolving account queries.
• Issuing customer statements and maintaining accurate records.
• Assisting with VAT-related invoice processing.
• Supporting collections activity and following up on outstanding payments.
• Posting customer receipts and payments.
• Assisting with bank reconciliations.
• Supporting the wider finance team with day-to-day accounting activities.
