The part–time Finance Assistant will support the accounting and finance department by assisting with financial record–keeping, reconciliations, and general administrative tasks. This temporary position in Burgess Hill is perfect for someone looking to make a meaningful contribution.

Description

Part–Time Finance Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processing invoices, payments, and receipts in line with established procedures.
  • Support the reconciliation of accounts and bank statements to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain organised financial records and assist in data entry tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team.
  • Respond to internal and external queries related to financial transactions.
  • Contribute to the preparation of basic financial reports when required.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Assist with ad hoc duties as requested by the finance team.

Profile

A successful Finance Assistant (Part Time) should have:
