Qualifications

• Be studying towards an AAT qualification or have a strong desire to develop within finance.
• Experience using Sage 50 Accounts and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing sales ledger tasks: setting up customer accounts, pro‑forma invoices and project invoices.
• Assisting with quarterly VAT returns and overseas VAT administration.
• General finance duties: reconciliations, timely returns, and payroll amendments and processing.
• Handling employee expenses and implementing expense management processes.
• Maintaining confidential payroll records and pension administration.
