RECfinancial, based near Leicester, is seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join a friendly SME and support payroll and purchase ledger duties in a hands-on, varied role. You will work Monday to Friday, on-site, with a team-focused environment and opportunities for development.

Responsibilities include processing supplier payments, postings to sales and purchase ledgers, and handling payroll tasks using Sage Line 50 Payroll. UK experience preferred in a busy finance function.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in payroll and purchase ledger.
• Proactive and hands-on approach to work.
• Good communication and detail orientation.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and process supplier payments and resolve invoice queries.
• Assist with sales ledger tasks and post cash receipts.
• Reconcile supplier statements and purchase ledgers.
• Process payroll using Sage Line 50 Payroll and manage timesheets.
