Spirit Health is seeking a Finance Assistant to support accurate financial reporting, cash flow forecasting and the month-end close process. The role spans 25–30 hours per week on a 9-month FTC with a salary band of £25,000–£27,000 FTE, pro-rated for part-time hours.

You will collaborate across teams, process invoices, manage payments and assist with data analysis to drive operational improvements and support a patient‑focused healthcare environment.

Responsabilidades

• Raise sales invoices according to service schedules and product orders
• Issue statements and follow up any unpaid customer invoices
• Post purchase invoices and seek approval from responsible departmental managers
• Record credit card spend and employee expenses ensuring all receipts are provided
• Prepare and process a monthly supplier payment run with additional ad-hoc payments
• Record bank payments and receipts on our accounting software and match to customer/supplier invoices
• Carry out weekly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
