Qualifications

• Experience with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end close processes.
• Ability to oversee supplier accounts and ensure transactional records are accurate.
• Improving the month-end reporting timelines as per Group requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoices and expenses while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and financial reconciliations.
• Assist with P&L analysis, audits, and maintain accurate month-end documentation.

Skills

AAT Level 3 or equivalent experience

Awareness of IR35

Proven working experience in an accounting role

Experience with accounting software

Strong administration skills

Knowledge of accounting principles

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Ability to work on own initiative

Good organisational skills
